The White Swan offers two rooms for an array of different events from exhibitions, private functions and training sessions to a simple boardroom meeting. The Heritage Room provides a great meeting place for businesses near and far for up to 25 delegates, complete with stationery and equipment if required. The Shakespeare is a beautiful, light and airy room which can accommodate up to 80 guests and is a great setting to celebrate a special occasion or wedding with family and friends.

We can cater for the small event of 10 guests right up to a event for 80 guests.

The Heritage provides an intimate surrounding for the smaller affair giving a relaxed and welcoming environment to host a business dinner or family celebration. The Shakespeare is the ideal space to host the larger celebration from a sit down 3 Course meal to an informal Finger Buffet. For the last afternoon occasion a popular choice is our delicious Afternoon High Tea which can be served buffet style within your private room. Complete with delicate finger sandwiches, homemade cake and scones with preserves and clotted cream it is one thing not to miss at The White Swan...don't worry about the calories...indulge!

All are great entertainment, guaranteed to get a giggle, and will help you have an event to remember. The hotel has 41 bedrooms so why not make a whole weekend of it and hold a private breakfast the following morning to chat about the night before?

Our chef has created a special selection of dishes for you to select your own personal set menu for your entire party from. We also have a range of additional delicious delights to add that extra touch including dainty canapés , refreshing sorbets and creamy cheeseboards...yummy!
