Conference and Meeting Rooms at The White Swan Hotel

The White Swan offers two rooms for an array of different events from exhibitions, private functions and training sessions to a simple boardroom meeting. The Heritage Room provides a great meeting place for businesses near and far for up to 25 delegates, complete with stationery and equipment if required. The Shakespeare is a beautiful, light and airy room which can accommodate up to 80 guests and is a great setting to celebrate a special occasion or wedding with family and friends.

Our Day Delegate and 24 Hour Packages provide all that delegate require for their meeting. Please call the hotel and ask to be directed to our conference office to discuss your requirements further.
